Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
